Til alle der har gamle barnevogne/klapvogne eller lignende stående i barnevognsrum. Hvis ikke de er i brug, bedes I fjerne dem, så vi kan få plads til barnevogne til dem der nu har brug for pladsen.
Sådan kan vi for at hjælpe hinanden.

The estate committee and the local office
We are beginning to plan this year’s Summer Party!
If you want to participate in arranging the Party, please join us at the Activity clubs meeting on Saturday 11th of June 2pm.
If the weather is good, we will meet in courtyard 30 (between Utterslevvej and Hareskovvej). In case of rain, we will meet in the clubroom, Hareskovvej 19, in the basement instead.
Be a part of arranging a lovely day for children and adults here in our estate.

Gård 29. Den med trappen mellem parkstykket og hyrdevangen
Da vi skal plante nye træer, buske, blomster og krydderurter i gård 29, både til at se på og spise af, vil vi rigtigt gerne gøre det sammen med jer alle sammen. Så kom og vær med til at præge vores gård og lær hinanden at kende. Alle børn og voksne er meget velkomne!
Der vil være lidt at spise og lidt at drikke, men man er også velkommen til at slæbe en grill med og egen mad, hvis man skulle have lyst til det.

Dear People.
The estate committee is at the moment working on a solution to replace the broken laundry machines in the estate. No matter the solution, a waiting period is to be expected, as these things take time. In the meantime we recommend using the other laundry rooms in the estate which can be found here.

The estate committee has decided to create a wait list for the extra rooms (bi-lejemål) that sometimes become available in the estate. This can be a basement room or similar, in addition to the rooms already part of your rental. If you sign up for the list, you will be notified by the estate committee if an extra room (bi-lejemål) becomes available. Should you already have an extra room (bi-lejemål) it is not possible to sign up on the wait list.

The waitlist is only for extra rental rooms, and has nothing to do with rental apartments or business rentals, which are handled by the main office at AAB.
